Which is the admin address that should go in the config file?

Is it the 5 digit id? If so, I must be doing something else wrong? Since I'm getting...

"The transaction could not be confirmed.
You are not authorized to modify this data record."

"XXxx22" <-- what value goes here? Which is the seed?
],

Is this or part of it what I enter there? or something else?
