Include complete fstab in supportconfig

Currently supportconfig excludes commented out lines in fstab. We need to include commented out lines. Often I get a supportconfig where the customer commented out lines so a system will boot and then ask what is wrong. We cannot see the fstab to know what was commented out and what those lines contained.

Use -l for now. However, I can see how this could be useful for fstab.
