Grab Image on Macos not working

On the latest version (master branch pulled on Nov 13):

• grab image on MacOS (shift + mouse) does not work.
• The menus File, Overlay and Screenshot (and shortcuts) seem to not work (e.g. Ctrl/Cmd+O to open file, AddOverlay...). Command line seems OK (vv rec1 --overlay rec2 is OK). The Tools menu seems OK.
• The commands from left button menu in the image selector (to add overlay e.g.) do not work.
• The red cross follows the mouse but very slowly.

Auick update on theses issues: I just noticed on macOS, with latest PR, that the grab image and red-cross motion is solved as soon as I swith to Preset:Ventilation.
