Rule
Raw per-attempt agent transcripts must not permanently live in HEAD when PRs/issues/Actions/tags/Git history/release assets already preserve the operational history. Delete ephemeral execution transcripts; keep only durable evidence with a clear current or historical responsibility. Do not turn docs/archive into a landfill.

The CURRENT release chain's evidence (beta.2/2.1/2.2/2.3 closure) stays until superseded; verify release:evidence:check behavior (tag-tree reads) before removing historical items.
