Native POST fallback, fragment/reload policy, remount signals and stale execution have adversarial browser evidence. Fork construction/hit/miss/memory measured. Final HEAD full CI plus actual review/fresh verifier required. #1343 remains incomplete; its prior slice passes do not establish acceptance.

Beta.2.1 upstream priority: traceable matching fork/native Node tests (#1324), generic-tool responsibility inventory (#1156). Existing SSG/navigation/actual-review repairs remain first; no WTR/Oxc mega-migration prerequisite.
Use docs/architecture/infrastructure-reduction.md and VERSION_PLAN as scope. Prepare useful generic fixes for contribution through normal authorization; no invented bugs, cosmetic PR quota, or upstream-response release dependency. No migration is completed by this update.
