[B2] Remediation: stale quantitative claim on benchmark page (verifier NO-GO F1)

Verifier NO-GO finding F1 (Beta.2 closure verification, docs/evidence/2026-09-04-v044-beta2-closure-verification.md):

www/content/architecture/benchmark.md:11 and benchmark.zh.md:11 claim "30 route modules, 205 sitemap URLs"; a fresh build at candidate aa3dd70 emits 146 sitemap URLs (150 pages). Handwritten, not derived from owned truth, stale since PR #1106, no gate covers it. Ships verbatim in built en+zh HTML.

Acceptance

• The numbers are corrected and, per the stage's derive-from-owned-truth principle, mechanically gated (fail closed on drift) or removed in favor of derived values.
• Both locales fixed consistently.
• Narrow re-verification scope after fix: build + www:check-truth + content gates + chromium e2e.

Part of #1155. Stage #1288. NO-GO semantics: no promotion/tag/publish until this is closed and the verifier re-passes.

Fixed by PR #1313 (squash-merged to dev as 89d37365): volatile counts reworded to durable truth in both locales ('Every route prerendered; sitemap built from routes' / 中文对应); content-graph fingerprints regenerated; no volatile quantitative claims remain in the benchmark pages (scan documented in the PR body), so nothing is left to drift — existing en/zh parity + content gates cover the surface. Root fmt slip fixed (deno fmt markdown table padding is CI-gated separately from markdownlint).
