UX on runtime environments

Since the merge of the two builds (full and remote app), several users have likely used the incorrect environment, causing unexpected behaviour (e.g. uploads failing or missing files list).

To switch between them currently involves going into the toolbar which may be inconvenient.

To do:

• Allow switching between the environments by clicking on the "Local" or "Remote" rounded rectangle on login screen. Upon clicking, display a popup to confirm.
• Prominently display the runtime type and the backend it communicates with. For local, either show "localhost" or maybe the IPFS daemon API URL. For remote, the server URL will be shown (e.g. https://uploader.oneloveipfs.com).
• Assisted setup when launching the app for the first time to allow users to pick one of the environments instead of defaulting to local runtime environment.
