Use case/Problem Statement
OpenSRP 2 solutions, which include FHIR Web, are deployed in countries where English is not the primary language. Admins of the platform may not have sufficient English-language skills to be able to use FHIR web without translations.

The following "must have" features are already supported by FHIR Web:

• FHIR Web UI text is displayed in one or more languages, in addition to English
• Ability to switch between English and the other language(s)
• Specify a default language
• Remember the language that has been selected each time you open Web in the browser (until cache is cleared)

In some edge cases, data may be input and/or collected in more than one language. A "nice to have" enhancement would allow data to be input and displayed in more than one language.

Acceptance criteria

• Ability to create Locations, CareTeams, and Orgs in more than one language (e.g. English and Bahasa)
  • Example: Ability create the location "West Lombok Regency" and specify the same location name in Bahasa - i.e. "Kabupaten Lombok Barat"
• Ability to display user-input data in the selected languages
  • Example: when English language is selected, display "West Lombok Regency" and when Bahasa language is selected, display "Kabupaten Lombok Barat"
