We use the term "Team" and "Organization" interchangeably throughout our documentation and in the FHIR Web UI. This can be confusing, especially as FHIR Web also uses the concept of "Care Teams." To avoid confusion and potential mistakes, it would be ideal to consistently use a single term (not both).
My recommendation is to use the term "Organization" since it is (a) less likely to be confused with "Care Team" and (b) consistent with the FHIR resource.
An example for illustration: The navigation menu says "Teams" but the page says "Organization list" and "Add organization."
Acceptance criteria
Replace all instances of the word "Team(s)" to "Organization." We can add a list of places in the UI that requires updating if this issue is prioritized.
