Use case/Problem Statement

  • The OpenSRP logos have been updated recently, we need to update the default application to brand the latest logos. This involves updating the following areas
    • OpenSRP icon for the web app
    • OpenSRP logo on site favicon

Acceptance criteria

  • The OpenSRP logos on the device should match the new logo
  • The site favicon should match the new logo

Related to #1501. I'll clarify with mgmt and design team which logo to use

Confirmed with mgmt that we'll use the new logo (3 colors). Will need the design team to provide the image files. cc: @rowo @HenryRae
