I am trying to align the video captures and its poses with the raw scan mesh file.
While authors claim that they rescaled the COLMAP output poses using the Charucoboard, but it seems there's no difference between
the original COLMAP output and the rescaled one.
The rescaled camera positions mostly changes in around 10m (assuming the scale is in m), but it doesn't make sense.
As I am using dataset from google drive, maybe the data is not updated properly.
