Error with converting back to decimal

Binary and lower take the number in its value and pass it back to the decimal input. However, that is not correct as 1010 in binary is not 1010 in decimal. The convert function and logic to update all inputs needs to be redone so that when converting from something other than decimal, the decimal value gets passed through parseInt(value, modifier)
