Network panel: Packet Loss turns red from a single slow ping

The network panel's Packet Loss figure turns red on a healthy link.

omarchy-network-status sends one ping -n -c 1 -W 1 to the internet probe about every 1.5 s. pingPacketLossPercent() in shell/plugins/panels/network/Model.js then counts lost samples over the last 24 (pingHistoryWindow). A single reply slower than 1 s, or one dropped ICMP packet at the far end, shows as a red 4%.

When I was chasing a real Wi-Fi problem, this made it hard to tell whether a fix had worked. The panel showed loss while a 120-packet ping to the gateway at the same moment had 0% loss at about 2 ms.

Some options:

• Turn red only above a threshold (e.g. ≥ 10%) or after several consecutive losses
• Use a longer timeout (-W 2) so slow replies aren't counted as lost
• Show gateway loss next to internet loss, so a Wi-Fi problem can be told apart from an upstream blip

Context: this came up while debugging RTL8922AE MLO drops (#16978).
