Add an optional first-party bar widget for the clipboard manager (omarchy.clipboard)

Summary

The built-in clipboard manager (omarchy.clipboard) works wonderfully via the global shortcut (SUPER + CTRL + V), but users who prefer mouse navigation or a visual taskbar applet currently have no first-party option to place it on the top bar.

Suggested Implementation

Expose an optional barWidget entry point directly in shell/plugins/clipboard/manifest.json:

1. In shell/plugins/clipboard/manifest.json:

   • Add "bar-widget" to "kinds": ["overlay", "bar-widget"].
   • Add "barWidget": "BarWidget.qml" under entryPoints.
   • Add metadata under "barWidget" (displayName: "Clipboard", etc.).

2. Add a lightweight BarWidget.qml in shell/plugins/clipboard/:

Benefits

• Allows users to easily add or remove the clipboard button from their bar with omarchy bar put omarchy.clipboard (or through the bar layout settings).
• Keeps the clipboard native to the Omarchy Quickshell ecosystem without needing third-party tray daemons (like CopyQ or Clipman).
• Maintains Omarchy'''s keyboard-centric philosophy by default while providing an elegant, out-of-the-box option for taskbar users.
