[EXPORT] Exporting a very long image will not render. But it's fine in the preview

Summary
So I have encounter this issue.

For summary I just put a very long image and I want to scroll it on the video

It's fine at the preview window. But it won't show on when export the video.

No idea how it cause this. I have tried different render settings but it still didn't work.

Hope this bug can be resolve soon!
