Describe the bug

I have to restart cups after each change of ink and paper

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to chronium
Click on CUPS
Scroll down to maintenance/ start printer

Expected behavior
not having to quit the application, each time to relaunch CUPS

Hardware (please complete the following information)

DeviceRaspberry Pi 3B+
Camera Canon EOS 450D
GPIO: No

Software (please complete the following information)

OS [e.g. Raspbian Stretch-full

I specify that I am still a novice on raspberry, if someone has an idea and simple explanations for me to understand would be really generous!
