This was on beta47 for Accessories. Beta48 Accessories is a little better on the flickering but still fairly noticeable

I can't reproduce this issue myself, so there's very likely another mod involved in this issue. I'll need a list of mods (or the name of the modpack) so I can reproduce it. If you have a large amount of mods, please try to narrow down which mod is responsible by disabling/re-enabling mods to check if the issue goes away.
