Setup an elgible node that can receive rewards in the ON

• We need 5 more nodes (Alex already has one) started from scratch and configured so they are eligible in benchmark using our personal computers (with GPU)
• we'll use only the available documentation and nodes dashboard so we make sure the end user is able to setup and configure an eligible node
• once a job is received we can stop the nodes and use them just for testing purpose
