Description

Currently developers only can rely on this client via GitHub commit link, it's better to publish to https://crates.io/, it has following advantages:

1. Mirror, crates have mirror to speedup download
2. Documents, when publish on crates, there will be documents available on docs.rs

It's not a good time for a release, but it's not far away.
Mainly for three reasons:

1. There are still many issues to be solved.
2. We are also planning some "big features".
3. Need documentation.

It may be released after these are completed.
