Cache parsing output doesn't reflect selected timezone

Describe the problem
When running Hindsight with a timezone option (-t or using the GUI), the XLSX output correctly orders the output rows, but the displayed timestamps appear out of order (due to the timezone offset), with cache items always showing the time +0000.

Expected behavior
Show the timestamp in the requested timezone.
