Feature Request: Add "Referrer" to csv output

Hi all, I've looked through the documentation, but I don't see a way to include "Referrer" in the output.  One of the columns references how the navigation occurred - whether by typing in a URL or directed from another site.  Adding the site information there would be adequate, or a separate column with the referrer url.  Thanks!
