Moving Framework project to new computer?

I have a new computer (running Windows 11, if that's relevant), and I'm going to need to move everything to it. There are helpful instructions on how to install Framework from scratch and set up a new project (which I followed the first time around!), but I have no idea which parts of those instructions to follow and which parts to change when it comes to my existing project. I previously used npm and assume I will be doing the same on my new computer. Thanks in advance for any help!
