As reported by @tomkuipers1402

In Mica there is an option for "Restricted access to variable summary statistics". Is it possible to separate this checkbox into 2 options:

  1. Basic counts
  2. Detailed summary stats

Currently catalog has either open or restricted access:

  • open
    • signin not required to see catalog
    • general summary visibility policy applies
  • restricted
    • signin is required to see catalog
    • summary visibility policy is de-facto statisfied

A more advanced use case to cover (@tomkuipers1402):

  • not-so-open
    • signin not required to see catalog
    • dataset specific summary visibility policy applies
