Fix publications view in general

The custom made publication view in a research topic should be same like biblios standard view on main publications page.

Possible ways to fix:

• The filters and sorting could be possibly added manually this way it will look and work like standard biblio view.
• Somewhat hacky but it might worth the shot. Try using the same code for standard biblio view and reuse it as a custom module....

This issue is also valid for user pages and research topics
