There is a dead link in the book section Nu as a Shell/Coloring and Theming in Nu/LS_COLORS Colors for the ls Command:

This is a pretty good introduction to LS_COLORS. I'm sure you can find many more tutorials on the web.

linuxhowto.net seems to be permanently down, and I was not able to find a mirror of the article elsewhere.

How to reproduce

1. Go to Nu as a Shell/Coloring and Theming in Nu/LS_COLORS Colors for the ls Command
2. Click on the link of the following line:

I created a PR to fix the dead link #1771. I ended up doing a more thorough rewrite with self-contained and more complete information.
