It seems once you update OpenCode to that version, the config used by this plugin will interfere with it and cause the models not to work... Removing the provider.openai stuff injected by this plugin seems to fix it

I think it's the end of an era - @numman-ali on Twitter announced this plugin will be retired soon. The README.md is already updated with uninstall methods. So long and thanks for all the fish, Numman! Glad I managed to contribute back to this a while back :)
