Your project is an excellent fit for the hackathon’s focus on reducing food waste through AI-powered innovation!

One of its standout aspects is how you not only analyzed the data but also identified key stages where food waste occurs and outlined areas for additional data collection. This adds depth and practicality to the solution.

The demo endpoint is another highlight—it's functional, well-executed, and ready to make an impact. Deploying it for wider access would be a valuable next step to extend its usability.

An area to consider improving is the clarity and structure of the repository. A more streamlined and accessible structure would encourage open-source contributors to join forces on this important initiative for reducing food waste in Africa.

This is a thoughtful and impactful project with great potential to make a real difference!
