Warps/Homes List - Lore doesn't display

Hello. I've noticed that when updating to Spigot 1.21.5 & SunLight 3.12.6, lore text on warps/homes no longer works.
I tried having a look at the commit diff to find any new config options or to find a fix, but I'm not familiar with coding Minecraft mods.

Expected behaviour

• On Spigot 1.21.4, nightcore 2.7.3.4, SunLight 3.12.6...
• Typing /warps list and hovering over a created warp shows lore text

Steps to reproduce issue

• Start a new Spigot 1.21.5 server, install SunLight 3.13.1 & nightcore 2.7.5.2
• Type /warps create test, /warps list, hover over the created warp
  • This also applies for /homes list
• Note that when hovering over other items in this menu, the 'lore description' will appear, but warps don't display their creator or other useful information
