resolvePhotoUrl error

When I try to download a photo through resolvePhotoUrl, I encounter an error:

Also, the links in the messages for the highest resolution photos are the same. attachments resolvePhotoUrl = attachments url, only largePreviewHeight/Wight != height/width

How can I download the highest quality photo?
