"Setup has failed to validate the product key"

I created a Tiny11 ISO and burned it to a USB drive which I used to boot another PC. When I selected the installation language, time and date format, and keyboard layout, it went through "We're getting a few things ready" but then crashed out at "Setup has failed to validate the product key". When I tried loading the ISO image in a virtual machine and repeated the process, Setup crashed out with the exact same problem. I'm guessing there's a bad bug with the new Setup program that Microsoft is using, but I could be wrong, and it could be a Tiny11 problem. Here's a screenshot from the VirtualBox VM.
