🐛 Bug Report: Update and delete variants in the workflow doesn't work

📜 Description

When I try to update the variant's name in the workflow, update its condition, or delete the variant, the changes don't persist. Initially, the changes appear to work, but after refreshing the page, they revert to the previous state.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Go to Workflows -> Select a workflow -> Click on a step that has multiple variants -> Click on delete variant -> Success -> Variant disappears -> Refresh the page -> Variant is not deleted

👍 Expected behavior

Variant should be deleted.
