Cannot enter factories after migration to Factorio 2/Factorissimo 3

Factorio: 2.0.73
Factorissimo: 3.11.17

Describe the bug
After migration from Factorio 1.1.110 and Factorissimo 2, I cannot enter previously existing factories. When placing an existing factory, an error occurs (on screenshot). In inventory, those factories are visible as "Packed" (screenshot).

To Reproduce
Unknown. Happens on my save file.

Expected behavior
Factories are behaving correctly after migration.
