Some works not showing PDFs

Summary

spectrum.b3 when I want to see the works or Collections on the dashboard or edit a work, this is the message: We're sorry, but something went wrong.

PDF's not showing up in the viewer on spectrum.b3: My assumption is that the PDF derivatives take a while to get processed and the viewer shows as blank till the derivatives are processed. Currently seeing the reported work with a pdf in the viewer so I can only speculate.
