Bulkrax importer issue on tenant new.b2

I am trying to create a group of collections using this CSV file.

On adl.b2, it makes all the collections as expected, but on new.b2, the collections are not created. Even though it shows in the dashboard as if it created the collections.

Actually, double-checking the results on adl.b2, I noticed that it created a portion of the 50 collections from the csv file.
