How would a meeting be useful?

• Plan the tasks to be completed for the arrival of an LTS and write the issue for this LTS
• Discuss migration strategy
• Discuss advocacy for the initiative
• Reread issues/pr for which consensus is complicated

How?

Simply by using the tools we have always used on Node with Zoom...

When?

If the relevance of a meeting is raised, we could open a form to determine the time of the meeting.

The first meeting could have an agenda like this:

• Review what we have accomplished
• Prepare a potential session for the October 2025 collaboration summit
• Reach a consensus on the documents concerning userland migrations https://redirects.github.com/nodejs/nodejs.org/pull/8053
• plan for the arrival of LTS 24 in October 2025 and write the issue to track things to do
