Feedback on technical areas of importance to next 10 years of Node.js

The Next-10 has worked through and documented

3. Needs of the constituencies - https://github.com/nodejs/next-10/blob/main/CONSTITUENCY-NEEDS.md (planning on getting more input/feedback on this through a survey).

And we are now brainstorming the technical trends/areas that will be important to stratify those needs.

The Next-10 team did a brainstorm but being a smaller group we'd like broader input so we'd like to open up the easyretro we used to get more input.

We are asking that you both:

• Add "trends, features, other" for things you think are important to the success of the next 10 years of Node.js
• Give your thumbs up for the ones you think are most important (you can do that for up at most 10)
