[BUG] Bar does not hide in Smart Hide correctly

Bug description

When i'm setting in the settings bar's smart hiding option and disabling reserved space, it does not hide correclty!

Steps to reproduce

1. Set in settings Auto hide to smart.
2. Disabling reserved space and workspace feature.
3. Open 1 window on a workspace and another window on another workspace.
4. Close the the window on the first workspace then switch to the second one and bar will not hide.

Expected behavior

I expected that it will hide automatically but it doesn't.

Actual behavior

Bar is not hiding while switching workspaces.

I'm unable to reproduce this (I'm on niri/nixos too), which rev are you on?

I use always latest version of noctalia because of updating NixOS every day.

Is this the same issue ? switching to an empty workspace and then going back to the active workspace make the top bar stuck until hovered with mouse.
