Feature summary

It would be nice if noctalia allowed configuring a URL for a location service to use instead of
https://api.noctalia.dev/geolocate. This would allow users to setup their own location service.

Motivation / use case

Not relying on noctalia.dev to keep running, as well as improved privacy.

Proposed solution

a URL-input element named 'Custom Location Service' or similar in the location menu, which becomes available when one enables 'Auto-Locate (IP)'.
