OSD for when media volume is changed (e.g. with playerctl volume binds)

Motivation / use case

I personally never adjust my system volume and find features like volume attenuation distracting, so I manually adjust my music player's volume

Volume OSD but with the disc-filled icon

+1 for this feature, i also never change my system volume, and i bind mod+[volume up and down] to change the media volume.
Also, while you are at it, maybe making scrooling on the media player increase and decrease the media volume, just like hte main volume widget!

@wrldspawn I am working on this, so far OSD popup with playerctl is working. Tested on vlc just now.

Right now i am having problem with showing the player name..working on it.

@Cleiton-Do-Kiwi Changing volume on scrolling would be better to have on another PR.
