App is unusable after upgrading to v1.2.9 #18
Comments
Hey @renyhp, I just uploaded the APK file in the releases. Please give it a try and let me know. https://github.com/nkuppan/expensemanager/releases/tag/1.2.9 |
well trying to install it I get the error "App not installed as package conflicts with an existing package." I guess I could try uninstalling the app and deleting my data but I really would like to try everything else before doing that. |
Is there any way I can at least backup the data I inserted in the app, from outside the app itself? This way I could at least uninstall it completely then reinstall v1.2.7. I tried with Or, another workaround would be to get the apk for v1.2.7 and try to force downgrade via adb. |
Anyway, I think the best fix would be to not force the app to be installed from the Google Play Store. Why should it? |
I deactivated Google Play Store in my phone. I only have Aurora Store. After starting the app (v1.2.9) it forces me to go to Google Play Store to download the app, which I don't want to.
Other things I've tried:
by the way you could consider distributing the apks in the releases section on github.
