VPN stage status stuck in Connecting

Note: Before anyone mistakes it as a duplicate, we have already set the "certIsRequired" to true.

Some of our OpenVPN servers are getting stuck in the "connecting" stage. This issue doesn't occur with all servers. If there were a server problem, it should ideally trigger an error stage, but instead, it remains stuck in the "connecting" stage.

We are testing this on the iOS platform.
