No releases in more than a year..

Does anyone know of alternative ways to run newer versions InvokeAI easily with nix? (Besides spinning up a docker image)

Sorta. It's hard to maintain and there has been no PRs to update Invokeai, and I'm not receiving any support to package it, and nobody has attempted to do this as far as I'm aware. If you could encourage upstream to use a uv.lock that would go a long way in making it easier. Though I think it's in their best interest to make the software hard to run, since they make money from deploying it.

That's very fair reasoning. A shame about the difficulty of deployment. It's great software, but what is the worth of that if you can't use it 🤷
