Not working - Alt+shift+number and Alt+h/Alt+h/j/k/l

Hi I tried to change some configuration in the toml file. so i completely uninstalled the aerospace , deleted the config. reinstalled and recreated the config.

now to my surprise some keys are not working

Alt+shift+number -> window should move to the numbered space. But it is not moving.
But
Alt+shift+alphabet -> window is moving to the alphabet space.

Alt+h/Alt+h/j/k/l - suppose to move the cursor . But is is not moving. I am pasting the config here. Can any one help please
