Upload stops but all icons remain green

Seeing this issue with several users in Australia - have tried new cables and issue still occurs intermittently. All icons remain green but uploader display will show eg 56 minutes ago. Data upload to mongo stops. Restart of app resolves the issue.

I have observed this problem happens with Android version 6.0, but not with version 5.1.1. I am using Nightscout Uploader v0.1.13 on both Android versions.
