thread_list needs to implement removeID()

Let me know what the function signature is as soon as you can. Right now I'm assuming it's removeID(*list, int).

There is no removeID function in thread_list.h or thread_list.c. Have you not pushed that function yet? Is there already some other function that has the needed effect?

The removeNode() method was taken out of thread_list.h 6 days ago in this
change according to the website.

The latest version has no removeID or removeNode. Is there a local change
somewhere that didn't get committed?
