• reading age - Sara to feedback - may or may not be ready to take a decision but can at least report back on progress/user research - for info only

• PDFs - feedback from Caroline Jarrett - if Sara has time to follow it up before March meeting

• 'GP system suppliers' - adding a new entry to the A to Z
• You, me etc voice - if Olivia has time

• readability tool and link to SMOG calculator​ - removed from style guide
• reading age - Sara to feedback about plans for user research​
• jab or vaccine - on agenda for this meeting​
• PDFs - updated guidance published but it's now going to Accessibility Working Group for info – also we may need to clarify our guidance on open document formats (ODFs)
