bodyAttributes is documented but doesn’t seem to be used in tempalte #2088

Whilst reviewing the Page template I noticed that it lists a `bodyAttributes option:

However this doesn’t seem to be used in the page template in either the Service Manual template or the Prototype Kit template or the NHS Frontend docs template.

We could either drop it from the documentation in the Service Manual, or add the feature to the various templates.

I can’t remember ever having used it in GOV.UK Frontend (which does support it), but I might have forgotten.
