Create effect not working as expected #21

the create effect of fish lamp says that it summons up to 2 tokens and there needs to be space for those 2 tokens, however there only needs to be at least 1 space for it to summon both which does not seem to be how this is intended to work
also, sorry for reporting so many bugs but I've been loving this mod a lot and have been playing it non-stop as its been a nice distraction from all the shitty stuff going on in my life rn, hope you enjoy working on it as much as I enjoy playing it haha
