Verify logic surrounding mission success / failure

Description

The GCS should have logic that sets the mission status to either a success or failure.

Task

• Figure out what existing code surrounding updating overall mission status does in terms of success / failure
• Document factors that determine whether a mission is a success / failure
  • Clarify with Systems that the factors that we consider is in alignment with what they were thinking as well
