Task Description
Create documentation in the gcs-infrastructure repository that clearly details the structure of Telemetry and Command packets. This documentation should be based off the packet structures defined in the "Payload Packet Structure" document found in the GCS Infrastructure Google Drive.
Documentation must be created for the following packets:
- Telemetry
- Heartbeat
- EmergencyStop
- KeepIn
- KeepOut
- CurrentPatientLocation
- SearchArea
